1. What methods of payment do you accept?

All orders must be accompanied by prepayment, otherwise we are unable to dispatch them. We accept the following:

  • Official School Requisition Form
  • Cheque made payable to PCET Ltd
  • Visa / Mastercard

2. What are the postage charges?

All postage and packaging is free for deliveries within the United Kingdom. If you are an overseas customer, you may telephone us on +44 (0)20 85679206 for a quotation, or use the on-line shopping basket to calculate postage costs.

3. When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order to you within 14 days of receiving your order with full accompanying payment. However, we do ask that you allow a full 21 days before querying non-delivery.

4. Is it safe to enter my credit card details over the website?

Yes, we use a secure payment gateway, Netbanx, to collect and encrypt your credit card details. Netbanx is approved by a number of banks as a safe way of passing credit card information online. The system works by encrypting your details, and passing them directly to the bank via a private link, thus removing them from the public domain. Furthermore, the technology that we use means that you cannot inadvertently place your order with us through an connection that is not secure.

5. I do not wish to order online. What other options do I have?

If you would prefer not to buy online, you may place your order in one of the following alternative ways:

  • BY POST: Print out an Order Form, complete it and return it to us with prepayment or an Official School Requisition From. Send it to:
    PCET Publishing
    27 Kirchen Road
    London
    W13 0UD

  • BY FAX:Fax a copy of your Order Form with credit card details or Official School Requisition Form to: +44 (0)20 8566 5120

  • BY PHONE: Call our Credit Card Hotline on +44 (0)20 8567 5343 between 09.30 and 16.30.

We do not recommend you order by e-mail as it is not a secure means of passing credit card details and personal information. We cannot process orders with prepayment or an Official School Requisition Form.

6. How can I obtain a copy of your catalogue?

If you would like to see a paper version of our catalogue, please either contact us stating whether you require a primary or secondary catalogue (if secondary, please also state subjects), or complete an online catalogue request.

7. What is PCET's returns policy?
